30 Day Challenge

What could happen if you chose to stop drinking for 30 days?  One month?  Would you feel better, look better, behave better?  If you look over the internet, you can find many 30 day no alcohol challenges like here and here.

So here's the challenge:

  • Take a picture of yourself
  • Post it to the Low Risk Drinking facebook page with the hashtag #30daynoalcoholchallenge
  • Tell us how it is going about halfway through
  • Post another picture at the end with the same hashtag

What will you gain when you give up alcohol?
